Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande Tokyo

Our room had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and many food options nearby. we had a pleasant stay at Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande.

Modern and clean rooms, spacious bathroom, smart management of lights and alarm, great breakfast buffet, convenient location.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious layouts suitable for two people and their luggage. Additionally, guests have access to useful facilities such as washing machines and a money changer machine.

The hotel does not have a pool or onsen onsite, which may be disappointing for guests who were expecting these amenities.

I had a great stay at this hotel! Its location is perfect, right next to a subway station and close to the old fish market. The service was exceptional, with room service available and daily housekeeping keeping the room immaculate. The room amenities were also impressive, with heating, air conditioning, and even a trouser press making my stay comfortable and convenient.

Located near Tsukiji fish market and kabuki theatre, with plenty of nearby convenience stores. Hibiya line subway entrance is very close. Guests can get a restful sleep in a quiet area. Onsen, massage services, and free beverages including miso ramen at night are available. Excellent customer service and breakfast buffet.

My purpose of visiting Tsukiji fish market was easily fulfilled due to the hotel's close proximity. The modern and clean rooms, along with the friendly staff, made my stay very pleasant. The reception area was well-equipped with tourist information and computers for guests to use. I appreciate the hotel's quick response to emails and their assistance in finding and returning a pair of glasses that I left behind.

My recent stay at Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location is nice, with several metro stations nearby for easy access to explore Tokyo. The visually pleasing ambiance of the hotel added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, I appreciated that they tried to accommodate my room preference when I requested a twin room.

It was also very close to the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the sumptuous breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options. the check-in process was smooth and fast, and the staff provided excellent service and were friendly. the room had all the necessary amenities, and I particularly enjoyed the digital room assistant that controlled the lighting, air conditioning, and had a smart alarm. the bathroom was also fabulous, and the TV played soothing music to create a calming atmosphere.

Disliked the fact that there were no escalators or lifts at the train station exit, making it inconvenient with heavy luggage. Had to walk quite a distance to find an exit with a lift or escalator.

Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, being only a short walk away from the famous Tsukiji Market and close to subway stations. This made it easy to access all areas of the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Tokyo.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the lack of a good view from my room. Unfortunately, all I could see was another building and part of a street.
